| Description: |
Competition - Reflecting Applying constraints are an opportunity to force creativity in your photography. Limiting yourself to less gear, a strict theme, a tiny location, only multiple exposure fosters more creativity than complete freedom. Famous photographers have worked under such constraints, inclulding Joseph Koudelka, who moved from a 25mm lens to 35mm and 50mm lenses to see the world differently and improve his craft, or Robert Capa with his endless desire to be close to the (war) action..
.Create up to three images that demonstrate how a creative constraint improves your final photograph. Consider how effectively the constraint sparked your creativity, not technical perfection alone. Be ready to share your insights if you're willing. If you create a body of work (in addition to three images), lets showcase it! ![]() Lindis Pass, by Dawn Zandstra |
