    Description: Harbour Bridge South Pylon & The Rocks


    See the best Sydney has to offer from the original city Lookout, including a unique view of Sydney Harbour’s icons – the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House.

    Throughout the Museum you will discover a number of exhibits about the construction of the Bridge, the brave workers and interesting artefacts from the collection of Chief Engineer JJC Bradfield.

    Open daily from 10 am to 4 pm. There are 200 stairs to the top of the pylon.  Entry to the Pylon Lookout & Museum can be booked online. Ticket prices: Adult $24.95 or $16 Senior. Cash is not accepted for tickets bought at the door.
    Meet at 10 am at the Milson's Point Station Ennis Rd / Broughton St exit. We’ll then turn right and walk approximately 100m south to reach the lift or stairs which take you up to the bridge walkway.

    After visiting the South Pylon Lookout and Museum we’ll meet at 12.30 pm for lunch at the MCA Café. The café is on Level 4 of the MCA building at 4/140 George St, The Rocks. The Bridge Stairs at the southern end bring you out onto Cumberland Street near the corner of Argyle Street. Walk along Argyle Street to George Street, turn right into George Street and the MCA building is a few metres along on the left.

    After lunch we’ll wander around The Rocks where there are plenty of photographic opportunities.
